Very few package maintainers even like providing packages written in C#/.NET. For example, the linux version of git-credential-manager (included with git on windows) is only available on gentoo, nixpkgs, and the AUR. There’s linux builds in the github releases, but nobody will ship it.
So it’s like “gifting” someone a puppy.
Maybe they’ll add it to Mono.
There is HDR support. At least Plasma 6 supports it.
Your ISP already leases your modem.
My point is companies would love if you didn’t own your own computer and I wouldn’t be surprised if they got some legislation through to let them license it that way.

I have the Samsung foldable (flip 4). It’s a nice gimmic, but does apple really want to force app developers to support yet another form factor? That’s supposedly one of the draws of apple development: you don’t have to support every random screen size made by some third party.
I installed it on my Z-Flip 4 recently and it works well. The only issues I’ve had besides having to retrain it is related to vibration feedback. Tab vibration on auto doesn’t work, and there’s no vibration when swiping on the spacebar to move the cursor.

If you’re on RHEL 8+, you can install the latest version of node with dnf.
dnf install nodejs
will likely install node 8 :(. Use dnf module install nodejs:20
to install the latest version.
But it’s important to use crumbled crispy bacon.

I swear this is the plot to an anime/hentai.
Tiktok isn’t the only social media out there. It isn’t even the only short form video service. YouTube, Instagram, maybe X (formally Twitter) soon.
First, use lsblk
to list your block devices. Note the path containing your usb device. e.g. /dev/sdb1
Next mount the device to an existing folder or create a new one.
mkdir -p /mnt/thumbstick
mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt/thumbstick
Now you can pipe the dpkg output to the usb device.
dpkg -l > /mnt/thumbstick/packages.txt
Finally, you can unmount the stick to ensure everything is flushed. (optional)
umount /mnt/thumbstick
