Dumb people can’t tell the difference

Einstein said if you can’t explain something to a layperson, you don’t understand it.

Trump can explain anything to dumb people, and whether he understands it is completely irrelevant.

Dumb people assume since he can explain it, he must understand it. And since he can explain it to their stupid heads, he must understand it better than anyone.
